You should note that SUPERNATURAL TOURS LIMITED (trading as Supernatural Tours) may at any time make changes to or remove part of this website without any liability to customers for such changes. SUPERNATURAL TOURS LIMITED reserves the right to change these terms and conditions in the future without specifically notifying customers and continued use of the website or placing of orders after such changes shall be deemed to be acknowledgement and acceptance thereof.
An agreement will only come into existence between you the customer and us once your order has been processed and dispatched. You should note that all tickets are electronic and that the receipt you receive from this sumup store will act as your tickets.
When you as a customer place an order via this website, you warrant by placing the order that:
- You are not a minor or otherwise legally incapable of entering into a binding agreement.
- The personal details which you give us on registration are fully complete and accurate.
- You are not using a false name or the name of any other person or body which you are not authorised to use.
Placement of an order

Tickets can not be sold to third parties without the permission of Supernatural Tours prior to any sales taking place.
Cancelling an order
Customers should email us to arrange a cancellation. However, unfortunately we are unable to offer any refunds and/or exchange of dates.
Acceptance of an order
When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about order content, prices. Please note that this confirmation acts as your ticket and we do not send out further correspondence.
Liability
We try to have the information on this website as accurate as possible but we make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding its accuracy. We also do not make any warranties regarding any matters relating to the use of this website and it is a matter for you to ensure that your own equipment is protected from viruses or other external factors.
It is also the responsibility of the customer to make themselves aware of meeting points and of the details of the event. Any changes to events will be announced on our website and/or social media.
You agree that Supernatural Tours will not be held responsible for any damage, loss, accident, injury or death as a result of attending and/or participating in any of our events.
Your rights are protected by the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, 1980, and also the Consumer Protection Act, 2007, where you are a consumer. Nothing in this website shall affect your rights under the applicable law.
Events: Ghost Tours
Events take place in all weathers.
Our guides will be at the meeting point specified on the website around 10 minutes prior to the start. We encourage customers to arrive prior to the start time to check in. Each tour starts promptly at the time stated on the website.
Please be aware that the ghost tours have different start times in the Winter and Summer months and over the Halloween period. The times are stated on our store in the descriptions.
Ghost Tours run for approximately 60-75 minutes. Please note that due to their historic nature, access to the vaults on our Southampton Ghost Tour is limited.
Friendly dogs are welcome on the ghost tours as the responsibility of the owner(s).
Our tours are rated PG, unless stated otherwise on our website. Be aware that there are some scares and jumpy bits and our tours feature live actors.
Events: Ghost Hunts
Our Ghost Hunts are real ghost hunting experiences in reputably haunted places. We can not guarantee paranormal activity.
Customers will have the opportunity to use equipment and take part in experiments as seen on TV.
All customers are reminded that these events conjure differing opinions between guests about the paranormal and we ask customers to be respectful of those.
The times of the events are stated on the tours in the descriptions. Customers must also be over the age of 16 years, unless stated on the website.
Some venues can be cold and damp. Please dress sensibly for each event. Some of the venues are also historic in nature and may have uneven floors, low ceilings and doorways and there will be limited levels of light. Customers will be required to use torches when walking around the venue.
Customers are welcome to bring their own equipment but will be liable for them.
Tea and coffee and light refreshments are provided. However, these must only be consumed in the hub area.
All Events
All of our events are non-alcohol events, unless otherwise stated on our website. Customers must not be under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substance. Both are banned from all events and you may be refused entry or removed from the event without refund.
Supernatural Tours has a strict zero tolerance policy on any inappropriate behaviour or behaviour which may cause offence. In this circumstances, customers will be removed from the event and in extreme circumstances, police will be notified.
Customers must not bring any form of weapon or sharp objects.
Customers must adhere to all policies including health and safety policies. Everyone is responsible for the health and safety of each other. Customers also agree that Supernatural Tours will not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, death as a result of attending our events.
Cancellation
In the extreme event that we have to postpone or cancel an event, customers will be notified by email.
In this case, we will offer a transfer to an alternative date or a full refund.
Severance
If any of these terms and conditions shall prove to be void, unlawful, or unenforceable for any reason then such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from the remaining terms and conditions which shall remain valid and enforceable.
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
